Colleen Hulce is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hulce Associates, a retained executive search firm specializing in CFO and Financial Officers recruiting. The firm covers the entire breadth of  the finance function to include corporate and divisional chief financial officers, and the direct reports to the corporate Chief Financial Officer. Having completed more than 500 senior-level searches during her 30 plus years in the business, the firm’s clients range from large, publicly traded multinational corporations to smaller, middle market companies, and private equity portfolio companies. Colleen has developed numerous long-term relationships due to her client centric approach and exceptional assessment of candidates.

Prior to founding Hulce Associates, Colleen served with global search firms Russell Reynolds, Korn Ferry, and DHR International. The firms resources include a team of superb recruiters and researchers who have long term experience with Colleen. Over the past eight plus years, clients have experienced a 100% completion rate. With an education in accounting and finance, Colleen worked for Ernst and Whinney in their Chicago office prior to her career in search.
